- We have options of payment depending on your case. We are mainly self pay but we recently started taking patients with Medicare and Excellus BCBS insurance . If you have any of those insurances your insurance might pay for your office visits . If you have other insurances we provide you with superbill and you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement .
- Some of the costs of obesity treatment qualify as a tax deduction now that the IRS ruled obesity as a disease. Please speak with your tax adviser for specifics.

- Initial enrollment $349, then monthly membership fees of $99.

- You can also ask for a brief introductory call from our doctor before committing to our program.
- The plan can be individualized depending on insurance use vs. self-pay only.
- We also offer a single visit consultation.
Ask your doctor for details when meeting her. If prior authorization is needed, extra fees will be applied once a year.
