- Please note that we do not bill insurance companies. However, some insurance companies provide partial or full coverage for our services. We provide a super bill form that patients may submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
- Some of the costs of obesity treatment qualify as a tax deduction now that the IRS ruled obesity as a disease. Please speak with your tax adviser for specifics.

Although we do not directly accept insurance payments, we are unable to see patients with Medicare or Medicaid insurance at this time.
Our Program Fees:
- Initial comprehensive weight consultation: $349 for 60–90 minutes (available in-person or virtual). After that, only $99 monthly covers office membership, coaching, ongoing support, and office visits.
- Office charges can be submitted to insurance by patients, if they wish, for possible reimbursement.
Ask your doctor for details when meeting her. If prior authorization is needed, extra fees will be applied once a year.

- Initial Evaluation: We will conduct a thorough examination to understand your unique needs and challenges.

- We do body composition analysis measurements for all patients during initial visits and every 3 months to check the progress and assure healthy weight loss targeting body fat without risking significant muscle loss.
